A girl on a journey…. Two weeks in…. January 15, 2013. This is me after my first workout. I was a little tired. Well, here I am. I’m on my third week of this journey, and it’s looking good so far. Today I completed my 14th workout. I work my butt off 6 times a week. Do you watch Biggest Loser? Yeah, when my body is screaming inside I just think of them. I can do my measly made up workout at home! 25 squats w/ front kicks. Run for 5 minutes. Run up and down the stairs twice. What am I doing for my diet?
