We spent her 1st birthday amongst the Lilac's (where we also took the family pictures) then we went home where Jameson joined us after work with cupcakes. Noe was so sweet and dainty about eating (or rather sampling) her cupcake. She only wanted a few licks of frosting off her fingers. We're so grateful to have her in our family. Links to this post. Lucky in love

Tuesday, January 12, 2016. I wrote this forever ago and forgot to post it. But here it is, Kaidan's Birth Story. Saturday was really, a rather normal day. I started to feel some stronger contractions around 7:30 so I took a big hot bath to try and calm them down. I wasn't uncomfortable by any means, but I also knew the contractions were becoming consistent. Jessica got here so we hung out, talked, joked about her recent car experiences then got ready for bed. It was around 10:00, I think. Or "I hate you!
