This is my blog! Bits of my life gone public. Tuesday, June 06, 2006. Was listening to radio in car on way home from bible Study tonight. An ad came on about. Time is Money: Do you have enough money now? Save for the future. Obviously i don't agree with this statement. Time is cheapened to be about one thing, the gaining of wealth which will die. My question here is. Time is.(insert word/s here)! You non posting readers, this is the time to have a say! PS yes i am avoiding an assignment!

This is my blog! Bits of my life gone public. Wednesday, August 30, 2006. Well i just got a phone call. I have my first ever proper job interview. At a music business. All the jobs i have had before were just study uni kinda jobs or all my teaching is word of mouth. Now i have to make up crap about myself and sell my self to be better than everyone else. Just the thought of this scares me quite a bit as i really don't like doing the big 'talk myself up' kinda deal. Anyone have any tips? I really don't kn...

So, a fair bit's been happening this past month, what with forgetting this blog and seeing pearl jam and u2 in the one week! As of 5th January, it'll be goodbye to the company car and Crows Nest restaurants; from the 22nd it'll be hello train travel and the expensive city. the suit will remain, unfortunately. That's the first bit of good news. That's the second bit. Australia go 2-0 up in ashes series, led by a tasmanian gambler. That's right, the ashes are on their way home!

Helen Irving presents a very good viewpoint on the punishment handed out to a Hurstville teenager that burned an australian flag outside an RSL during the cronulla riots last year. his charge was property offences, not desecration of our nation's flag. The door is there for you. But what is it about burning our most recognisable national symbol that irks people? Impressions on the week.
