Feito pela SARL Château Cafol, este tinto da margem direita do Dordogne é composto por 75% de Merlot e 25% de Cabernet Sauvignon, provenientes de cepas com uma média de idades que ronda os 30 anos, implantadas em solos argilo-calcários, na comuna de Saint-Pey-d'Armens. Apresenta a designação de Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, non classé. Sexta-feira, 28 de agosto de 2015. Andava a chafurdar nos discos "antigos" e encontrei isto. But I was there.

Este é um varietal Sauvignon Blanc oriundo do sudoeste de França, da IGP Côtes de Gascogne. 8212; a grosso modo, de onde também vem o Armagnac — produzido pela Vins Jean Biecher et Fils. O conceito foi desenvolvido por/com Jameswine.fr. Empresa cuja actividade se foca no desenvolvimento de marcas de vinho, sobretudo para exportação. Curto, suave, é para beber sozinho, mas também se saiu bem face ao sashimi e sushi (gostei bastante do Nigiri e do Alaska) que veio do Hanami.

Latest News - November 2014. First DJ set booked for 3 months. Will it be like a bus service? Recently I issued my first ever techno mix. First ever proper techno mix anyway. This is my first full-on techno mix, at least for public release anyway. I have played techno in other mixes but this is the first mix of almost pure techno. My second attempt at doing it - I gloriously messed up the final mix but f* * it, it is good enough. Energetic and beastly at times - dreamy and mellow at others.
