May the Road Rise to Meet You. Sunday, June 24, 2012. By all the shamrocks. Tis a joy to know you. And that's no blarney. As I'm sure most of you have heard by now, we have good news to share! Jane's cancer is mostly gone! The awful, terrible, no-good, very bad chemo did its job! No more of that awful stuff any time soon. Jane and Randy got to celebrate the good news with the entire family in Burlington last week. We stayed two nights at Pzazz in Burlington and had a great time! Next up for Jane: rest!

May the Road Rise to Meet You. Friday, January 16, 2015. Out of surgery- all good. Jane is out of surgery and in recovery. Surgery took about two hours and went well. Dr. Bender got the nodule that had recently shown up, as well as another one that had appeared on her CT a while ago and hadn't really grown but was suspicious. He was able to get all of both areas, leaving her with no visible cancer inside her abdomen (yay! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). May the road rise to meet you.

One year after chemo finds Jane celebrating more good news! Her CT scan this week was clear, and her CA 125 score was still low. Wow! We are all amazed and feeling so blessed! And it won't be long before little sister Lydia will be playing alongside them. Jane had good timing while she was in Denver- she was here for Jodi's Race...
