Thursday, November 3, 2011. 135g all purpose flour (sifted). Mix all the ingredient above, stir till fully combined. Sift thru the batter. Pour in a spoonful (40g) of the batter to non-stick pan (6' or 8')and fry it over till golden brown. To make around 24 pieces of crepe. Links to this post. Adapted and modified from The Australian Women's Weekly Baking. 5 large apple( 1 kg). 75g self raising flour. 110g brown sugar (I reduced to 80 g). 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Bake in 180 C for 20 to 25 minutes.
