Tuesday, January 27, 2015. Are you really ten. This past month was a game changer, thankfully. We transitioned into two naps a day and things have been going smoother. Prior to the change, you were taking three 45-minute naps, with a bottle right as you fell asleep. We were having a difficult time, 1. getting you to take a bottle; and 2. taking a good nap. You tend to take a shorter second nap and are awake around 5pm. We play play play! I can finally say it feels so good to have a routine that works....
