We're the happy owners of a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country Touring and did I mention I still can't believe it happened? Heated leather seats, stow-and-go seating, not just one but two drop-down DVD screens (with wireless headphones), back-up camera, t...

Teaching anything is possible with two simple tools: a writing utensil and something on which to write. There are two things that made my life easier this year and that's what I will hit on here:. 1 "Stick and sand" methods for teaching new grammar. 2 Planning for a quarter at a time. http://babyakin.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
A bit of fun, a bit of spunk, a bit of laughter, and a lot of love. Friday, November 29, 2013. O Christmas Tree, the kindness of a stranger, and one sick kid. Time for the annual let's-go-get-a-Christmas tree! We always go to Waffle House afterwards ( Davey does not break tradition). But seeing that it was lunchtime, we made the smart parenting choice to go before. At the Waffle House, she decided she wanted hot chocolate to warm up, so we obliged, splitting it with brother. While picking out the tree, t...
