Wednesday, November 26, 2008. So for those of you who don't know, I am in Iraq. So that poses some security issues with what I am allowed to say here, but it really isn't all that bad. I flew from Hawaii to Alaska. After a brief layover we flew to Germany traveling as close to the north pole as I think I have ever been. After another brief layover in Germany we arrived in Kuwait. I got up at 4:30 on Black Friday to go shopping. I would not have done that at home. I got a lot of shopping. Too expensive anyway. Can't say I am looking.
