Did you know that lack of sleep will increase inflammation in your body, decrease your immune function and increase the development of potential cancerous tumours? How much sleep is enough? So what is the answer? It is hard for people to get enough sleep when they live busy lives, work full time and look after families. Well there unfortunately is no magic way to improve this issue.
