http://theexclamationkitchen.blogspot.com/2008/07/whip-it-up-week-3-asian-adventure.html
Two Women Superheroes in the Kitchen. Friday, July 25, 2008. Whip It Up Week 3 - An Asian Adventure! I was in the mood for something different this week, and a package of ground pork spoke to me when I was in the grocery store the other day. Then I remembered there were two recipes over on Shawnda's. Blog that I had been wanting to try, and both of them used ground pork. Pork fried rice and potstickers it was! Stick to the pot. They may not have been pretty, but they still tasted great! 1 cup green peas.

Two Women Superheroes in the Kitchen: January 2009
http://theexclamationkitchen.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Two Women Superheroes in the Kitchen. Friday, January 23, 2009. The FedEx man rang my doorbell this morning, bearing a small package for me. I had no idea what it was - I certainly wasn't expecting anything. Then, as I looked at the sender on the label, I started to remember. Back in mid-December, Foodie Bride. Had emailed me to alert me to the last Blake Makes giveaway. Showed up on my doorstep this morning! If you haven't heard of Amano. Have you ever seen out there? Is the special bar, I am told. ...

Two Women Superheroes in the Kitchen. Saturday, August 2, 2008. Whip It Up Week 4 - Chocolately Goodness! Thanks to some extreme technical difficulties, I'm about two weeks behind in posting Whip It Up updates - sorry everyone! One of my favorite things about being back in San Antonio is that I can occasionally run by Joseph's Storehouse. San Antonio's premiere restaurant/bakery/church - again for lunch or a sweet treat, like Amy and I used to do when we were at Trinity. And, like my mom's recipe, it can...

My dear husband grew up in Slidell, Louisiana, so the question is not whether or not we will have king cake at this time of year. Parker House Roll Dough*:. 6-6 1/2 cups all purpose flour, divided. 1 stick unsalted butter, melted. 2 cups hot water (110-120 degrees F). Turn out onto a floured...

Two Women Superheroes in the Kitchen. Sunday, August 10, 2008. Whip It Up 5 - Peach "Cobbler". Why, you may ask, did I put "cobbler" in quotes in the title of this post? Instead of using sugar, I used Splenda, and I used what I refer to as "fake butter" (i.e.,. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light. 2 cups sliced peaches. 2 cups sugar, divided*. 2 teaspoons baking powder. 190; cup flour. 190; cup milk. 190; cup sweetened coconut. 189; cup chopped pecans. The Stanard Life: Sarah turns 5
http://thestanardlife.blogspot.com/2012/04/sarah-turns-5.html
Monday, April 9, 2012. I can't believe my baby girl turned 5! When did she go from this. At her 5 year check up, she was 3'6.75" (55%) and 36 pounds (23%). Sarah is strong willed, detail oriented, slightly ocd.oh and kind of bossy :-) Her teachers tell me she is a born leader. She knows over 40 site words that she learned at school, but can write/identify many more. She loves to color and write. I love this idea I found on Pinterest - It's a Birthday Questionnaire. Here are Sarah's answers this year:.

The Stanard Life: December 2010
http://thestanardlife.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 21, 2010. Jacob loved his Ba (his paci) - he would have that thing 24/7 if I let him. But all good things must come to an end! When Sarah gave up her paci, she decided she was going to send them to the baby Meerkats at the zoo. Which didn't surprise me.they are her favorite animal at the zoo. We decided that on Halloween he needed to give it up. We asked him everyday leading up to Halloween what was going to happen. He would say "Ba goes to baby meerkats! He enjoyed it one last time.
