Thursday, July 17, 2008. Jason Swim Bike Run. Jason will be participating in the Florida Iron Man in 2009 after qualifying at the Oceanside Half Iron Man in April 2009. For those of you who don't know what that involves it is a 2.5 mile swim in the ocean, a 112 mile bike ride and then a marathon run (26 miles). You have 17 hours to complete it. Why would anyone do this to themselves? If you don't know Jason then here is a little insight to his story. NOTE: Jason never does anything half-way.
