An encouraging and safe atmosphere where you can enjoy yourself and get fit. Full movement assessment and personalized exercise program design. Training in proper techniques to maximize effectiveness and avoid injury. Weekly body metrics (body fat, muscle mass, etc.) – if requested. 1-on-1 Personal Training (55 minutes). 10 Session Package: $70 per session. 5 Session Package: $75 per session. Train with a Friend (55 minutes). 10 sessions: $45/person per session. 5 sessions: $50/person per session.
