I've been verily tired since xmas, i need to get back in to routine and better eating but because ive been so tired ive not yet really got up and moved as i would like and its showing on the Diet :(. Well did 3 days juicing and was just getting used to it run out of fruit and veg and wasnt able to get shopping to sort it :( i tried to eat good but had party saturday night and to much drink on an emptyish stomach made me unwell the next day . not hangover, didnt have enough but stomach cramps and upset stomach how stupid of me! Things can only get better -Time to change! My grandson the yoda lol. Thursday, 14 September 2017. Every thing is changing and everthing is disappearing. Sad news this week , the local fair after 100's of years will no longer come to our town fking councilors its a long story im to upset to write about it at the moment. But its not the only thing thats gone. Our local show was lost to us last year. So many of the starts i grew up with on tv/films etc. I dont think i will get any more grand children :'(.
