Sri Lankan Chicken Curry- Anita Wardell. 2 Cloves garlic- crushed. 3-4 red or green chillies- cut lengthways into thin strips and seeds removed. 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric. 1 tablespoon of ground coriander. 15 Kg chicken pieces. 2@1/2 cups of coconut milk. 2 tablespoons coconut cream. 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice.
