Bruised but not broken. Monday, February 16, 2015. Moving on, moving forward. So after spending probably three months literally glued to each other, going on short trips and getaways and other things couples do during the geting-back-together period, The Diver starts a new 9-5 job today. I am happy for him. It all happened when I asked him one day, "why don't you try something outside the oil and gas industry? I am happy for us, because once again we're back on our feet and are financially more stable.

Monday, July 9. It was indeed majestic. But not to him. Roger Federer defies the odds again by winning the Wimbledon Championship for a record equaling seventh times, by beating Andy Murray 4-6, 7-5, 6-3, 6-4. The victory returns Federer to No. 1 in ATP ranking and will tie him with Pete Sampras with a record 286 weeks atop the ATP rankings. He should pass Sampras next week. So we meet again! Monday, May 23, 2011. Wireless Power Transmission Using Metamaterials. Say that the metamaterial lens would need to be made of thin conducting loops made of a copper-fiberglass type material (the type used in printed circuit boards). It would be similar in appearance to a set of Venetian blinds. Also, if metamaterials are used, then the power source and the device being charged need to be tuned to each other. Metamaterials are already being used to sharpen sonar, block out noise, and bend light waves.
