BiLLY: BiLLY goes Bush
http://billybalmain.blogspot.com/2011/08/billy-goes-bush.html
August 31, 2011. BiLLY loves the Australian bush. Our bushland is like no other place on earth. In all its dappled,. Crackling, scrubby, messy glory. The children who attend The Bush School at Wahroonga are so incredibly lucky. To have this piece of paradise on their doorstep. The Bush School Fair was a lovely way to spend a day among. Eucalypts, acacia and blossom. Our Australian Native hand printed cotton shirts drew the crowds. And the trees looked on in admiration. And from Trees to Tulips. Artisans ...

BiLLY: Bon Noel!
http://billybalmain.blogspot.com/2011/12/bon-noel.html
December 17, 2011. Two faded postcards found their way into. Our crazy, consumerist Christmas. Relics of a time when handwriting looped and swirled,. When you had to wait for the ink to dry. These remind us that Christmas is a time for opening your heart,. Giving and receiving with joy, accepting, cherishing,. Forgiving yourself, forgiving others and moving on. A long time ago, at Christmas time,. David received seven kisses. From his Loving Dad. What more could you want for Christmas? See you in 2012.

Thursday, December 20, 2012. Sri Lanka - Bawa. By far, the highlight of 2012 was a three week trip to Sri Lanka. Travelling around this tiny island is done on Sri Lanka time - slowly! Luckily, time was something we had plenty of. We spent several unforgettable hours at Geoffrey Bawa's stunning landscaped estate - Lununganga, near Bentota in the South East of the country. There are no words to describe this heavenly garden of earthly delights. Let the pictures tell the story. Phone: 0408 264 964.

justahumblebee: April 2011
http://justahumblebee.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, April 2, 2011. Part of white-tailed deer tail. Found on a walk in the back woods. The Golden ratio has been quite inspiring lately. seeing spirals everywhere. I will share some photos now and later some drawings. Our sweet dog Zoey has a marvelous, spirally TAIL. I think Descartes, Archimedes, Bernoulli and Fibonacci, et al. would think so too :). Most importantly, her boy thinks so. How much is that doggy in the window? The one with the spirally tail. I am off and excited to do the same :).
