Monday, February 2, 2009. This weekend I finally made my first trip out to Canton, TX. First monday trade days. I really thought I knew how big this thing was, but people were right when they said it is impossible to cover the entire grounds in one day. It is the biggest. You could ever imagine! Funny thing is, we started out at what actually ended up being my favorite section of the place: the antique, trash to treasure, garage sale area. I made some very exciting finds! I can't wait to go back :).

Saturday, January 17, 2009. A brief synopsis of the past few days:. I have now reached a place in my life where I almost love buying things for my home over new clothes.wow. Friday I did some running around and also did some fantastic frugal shopping! Finally replenished my apt. with groceries, got some things for my desk at work, some new shoes at Marshall's, AND bought some clothes at Old Navy. They were having a crazy sale on their clearance things - half off the already reduced prices!

Monday, July 20, 2009. Well after a long hiatus, I'm going to attempt to actually keep up with this little blog.even if I am the only one who reads it ;). Tomorrow happens to be my 25th Birthday. Quarter of a century here. So I basically know everything now. :P. HA! Here is a list of some things that I have learned (or rather am still learning) this past year:. Life is not fair. As much as I would like to think it should be.it just isn't. . There is beauty all around us, stop and smell the roses :).
