Monday, July 7, 2008. A Bicycle Built for Me. So I spent a decent amount of my day at work today researching bikes, as I’ve decided this will be my primary source of transportation during the approaching semester. If I wanted to sound like my “save the planet” self, I’d say I’m leaving my gas guzzler at home to conserve energy. I’m not too keen on the idea of 6 hour road trips all on my own. Saturday, August 9, 2008. Big shout to Bernie Mac who died today at the age of 50. He had complications with pneumonia and passed on in a Chicago hospital. Mac also suffered from sarcoidosis, an inflammatory disease in his lungs. It caused the cells to group together on certain organs, Macs publicist said that his death had nothing to do with sarcoidosis, cause his case has been in remission since 2005. Smoke One For The Mac.
