Love Will Keep Us Alive. Sunday, December 5, 2010. Thanksgiving and the big 3-0! What a whirlwind month November was! Most of the month for me was spent cleaning clients homes and planning my upcoming birthday party. I felt like a chicken with it's head cut off. Or maybe a turkey :). I never had a juicier turkey. Love Will Keep Us Alive. Tuesday, March 20, 2012. Today is the first day of spring and I woke up to snow on the ground. Not very much but when it's in the 70s back home in Wisconsin it kinda makes me a little grumpy. I shouldn't complain though. We really have had a mild winter. Barely any snow at all. A glimpse into our lives. Tuesday, January 31, 2012. I have to admit I have been waiting for this day. I am constantly looking at my children and wondering "when will it happen? I get anxious, I chew on my lip, I sometimes bite my nails, I am nervous everytime we go anywhere or do anything. Let's face it, these 2 kids have half of my genetic make-up. It was bound to happen sooner or later. I am thankful that it was later. Payton got her first set of stitches! At the age of 6 and she only had to get 3!

My birthday was on Monday and I guess I am now 26, doesn't seem real different. The bigger news is what happened yesterday. Yesterday was my mom's birthday, yes her birthday is the day after mine. With lots of shoulder rides, games, grins and giggles! Papa always has as much fun as the kids! There was a lot of this too! I thought the bathroom signs where cute! On my 25th birthday I ran the Sheboygan Full Moon Half Marathon with my friend Jamie from SVU (we were roomies on our Mexico study abroad trip) who flew out from Baltimore for the weekend. It was a little over 2 hours to get there, but we got to visit an art museum's bathroom's before the race :) (planned, yes, weird, I know, but cool, so check it out here. I ran 13.1 miles in 2 hours 30 mins which is exactly what I wanted/expected, so yay! Thanks for coming out to visit, Jamie!
