Sunday, April 3, 2011. A quick trip to Indy. Mark had a meeting in Indianapolis Friday, so Alyssa and I went along. We left Thursday, and had a fun time shopping and spending time together. Monday, April 30, 2012. This last weekend was Amanda's graduation from Bethel. We started out the festivities on Friday night with a banquet honoring the graduates. Our table included Amanda's parents, sister and brother in law, Tyler and Amanda and Mark and myself. While we were at the banquet, Grandpa Secor got to our house. Saturday, March 10, 2012. Alyssa has found a new hobby. Last weekend while spending the weekend with her friend, Bethany, she learned to crochet. She only played around with it for a few days before she decided to tackle a real scarf. This is her first "real" scarf. She made it for Hayley. (Which is why it is so narrow). Good job, Lyss! Monday, September 26, 2011. Just a little visit. Guess who came to visit? And kindly, he brought his Mom and Dad along! Mandy was in a wedding near by, so we got to spend a long weekend with the Briones. On Thursday, Uncle Orv and Aunt Rita came by to visit. Ethan played us all a concert. He's a bit of a cause and effect junkie. He liked watching what happens on the inside when he hits the keys on the outside. Soon, we were off to lunch in Michigan City. Mark was able to join us. Tuesday, May 31, 2011. For Memorial Day, we made a trip to Niles to spend the day with our friends, the Lingles. Let's face it, the Lingles are really more like family. Derrick and Elise just graduated from MSU, so the day included celebrating that milestone, along with eating some of the yummy fish that the Lingle men have caught over the last year.
