This was my first time wearing the new snowshoes that I bought last week and they performed really well. We had a great time and enjoyed hiking through approx. 8 inches of snow in areas that weren’t packed down. Tuesday, December 14, 2010. The arch of my left foot started to get really sore during the 2nd half of Bills Bad Ass 50K.

If the bone ain't showin you got to keep goin.". Thursday, December 9, 2010. As all know my final 2010 focus run was the Bigfoot 50K trail race held on December 5 at Saltfork State Park near Cambridge, Ohio. With many hours and miles of training I was chomping at the bit to run the race. Race morning arrive with very windy and crisp temperature in the 20's. Run Forester Run: November 2009
http://runforesterrun.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
If the bone ain't showin you got to keep goin.". Saturday, November 21, 2009. Last Sunday I ran the RI 6 hour Ultra in Warwick, Rhode Island. This race completes my 43rd state. The photo was me reaching the finish line near the end of 6 hours. Of course in a 6 hour event the finish line is relative to the number of loops one makes in the race. The race was well run and the race organization is to be applauded. My next state will not be until June of 2010. My plan is to go west and knock off 5 states.
