Once I was there it took a bit for them to actually take me into surgery. I kept hoping they would put me to sleep before wheeling me into the operating room but they didn't. Everything is looking really good and skin graft surgery is going ahead as planned. Surgery will be Friday, April 17th at 10am. I spoke with the doctor about how soon after this surgery I should be able to go home. She said about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. That puts me into the first week of May.
