First accurately measure the opening of the windows where you would like the storm windows to fit. Next using 1x2 rails I cut each piece to 3/16' smaller then the opening I was trying to fill which will give me room for foam insulation around each frame. Then using the miter gauge on my table saw I cut a 45 on each end of both the rails and stiles of the frame.
