A place to watch our princess grow. Monday, August 8, 2011. Update for the Summer. This is what our grass looks like now. I can't believe that the cactus is here! The weather here is ridiculous. We have had CRAZY heat! Breaking all kinds of records. You must wear shoes outside now. The grass is so hard and crunchy that it hurts your bare feet! I included this, so you could see what our grass used to look like. :-(. Also, we survived VBS! Who knew my daughter was so artistic! She is wearing 5T clothes!

Tuesday, September 6, 2011. Israel Days 1 and 2 continued. After spending our first morning in Meggido we headed to Nazareth. This little fenced in area contains the actual cave where Mary was supposed to have lived. The only good thing is that they have actually kept the cave as it may have been 2000 years ago. Out Of Town Guests. In 1941, the United States and Britain came together to form an historic agreement, the Atlantic Charter, that defined a common vision for the world. The terms included the right to self-determination, freedom of the seas, and a world free of want and fear. We are forming our own transcontinental union this summer.
