The good,bad and ugly of day to day life. The Results Are In! The 21 Day Fix WORKS! Its not magic- its eating well and working out hard- but it’s simplified. The meal plan and containers make it easier for a beginner- or someone who has been eating well for a while and just wants to simplify it. The end of week 3 was a little flaky for me- since it was Easter weekend and I was busy,tired and on the go! I mean really- why stop now? That being said- you can see Beachbody products speaks for themselves....

Feeling more energized- I normally rest on my lunch break at work around 3-4am- but I havent been- and I attribute it to my exercising. Feeling satisfied or full at meals. Have I had cravings? I’ve mostly curbed them- however I did have some of Mason’s donut-courtesy of The Jupiter Donut Factory-which if you’ve ever been there you’d know it was ALMOST worth it! Been trying out some awesome new recipes-. Roasted garlic parmesan brocoli.

The good,bad and ugly of day to day life. 7 down and 14 to go. Thats one of the things I like most about this program-its ONLY 21 days! While it’s a short amount of time- it’s also enough to start seeing some results and forming some good habits-while losing some of the bad ones. I am truly enjoying the simpleness- yes I said it they are simple workouts- but don’t mistake that for easy in any way! The workouts are challenging but basic simple principles are awesome. I had baby spinach,cherry tomatoes and a few peppers. When the spaghetti squash was finished I let it cool and then shredded out the ‘spaghetti’. I took Kiki for her 6-month cardiology check-up today, and though I’m not sure what I expected, I surely didn’t expect to hear those words. The good,bad and ugly of day to day life. WHEN I FALL DOWN…. I GET UP AGAIN! That’s the theme of the week. A few small set backs- one of them being myself got me hung up a bit= but trying to get back over that hump. But this is how it happens for me- I’ll do really good and then I’m like “Oh look- CEREAL! 8221; and it’s downhill from there.
