I have been taking fish oil as well, but only till last night did I realize that I was not taking NEARLY enough! I have been taking a total of about 2 grams of EPA/DHA a day. Starting today I'm increasing that intake to 10 grams a day. That's a lot of fish pills! My trip up to Santa Cruz has been busy and I just haven't had too much time to spend with a computer. The blog should be up and running once again on Monday. Sunday, March 30, 2008. The last couple of weeks have been great at my workouts, not so great at work though. While I have been pushing harder and harder at the gym my pulled hamstring muscle has proven to be totally healed. I feel 100%. This last week, the week most students have spring break, I have had a new addition to my workout classes. CJ, pictured here, came up from Santa Barbara and was in on most of the same workouts that I did. This kid is going to be a beast! I am overwhelmed by your kindness!

About an hour after Linda it was time to give Helen a whirl. Once I hit that first 400m I knew it was not going to be even remotely fun. Whatever muscle it is that pulls my leg off the ground to take another stride was very, very tired. Amazingly I completely demolished my old PR by 3 minutes! 21 KB swings (1.5 pood).
