Making Art Again: April 2014
http://makingartagain.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, April 26, 2014. I have never read the book The Five Love Languages. But recently Kevin and I took a test online to determine what love language we are. No surprise to me that Kevin's is physical touch. I probably could have told you that with out the test.:) Mine is words of affirmation. Thanks Dad, I know you're reading even when everyone else has stopped :). Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Ashland, Virginia, United States. View my complete profile. Enjoying The Small Things. Making Art Again: December 2014
http://makingartagain.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 23, 2014. I couldn't want anything more. Monday, December 22, 2014. I love Christmas traditions. Cooper thought we should just eat all the dough. I wish you could here her talking.it is non stop. A running commentary of everything she is doing. Even when she messed up and it stuck to the paper, she just talked herself right through it. He was quick with that spatula. A couple cookies fell at his quick hand. She looks proud of herself. I wonder if she was trying to be like me. I thought ...

Making Art Again: March 2015
http://makingartagain.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 10, 2015. Speaking of PicturesThat I Love. Christmas Day, For Lack of a Battle Title. Oh good. Normal looking, happy children. And the award for the best gift of the year goes to the "Elsa Dress". And the American Girl Doll. Sigh. Whoever dreamed up American girl dolls is a genius. A very wealthy genius. I'll file these last two pictures under "pictures that I love". So thankful this Christmas to have my Dad back to his old self. This one is a keeper. Coops big boy gift. I'm living life ou...

Making Art Again: April 2015
http://makingartagain.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 8, 2015. Winter was long and cold this year even for our part of the world. Sprinkled throughout the cold we would have the odd mild day. They would leave me hungry for spring. These pictures were so long along ago I can't remember if they were January of February, but I remember that I could not stop laughing at Cooper's hair! Neither could Mags.Look at that sneaky giggle! The Birthday That Doesn't End. Please forgive the sassy posing, I really don't know where she gets that from. I cou...

Making Art Again: The Special Hook
http://makingartagain.blogspot.com/2011/04/special-hook.html
Wednesday, April 13, 2011. My Little cherishes balloons. We could get rid of all other toys and just have rooms full of balloons and she would be the happiest kid in the world. When we have them, they go everywhere with us. Up to bed, down to breakfast, out in the garden. We had one balloon that lasted 2 months before I finally smuggled it out of the house and hid it from her in the garbage can. Can you see where this is going? Libby where did Mama say the balloon went? Then she would answer "Up.". This i...

Making Art Again: June 2014
http://makingartagain.blogspot.com/2014_06_01_archive.html
Friday, June 20, 2014. June: It's A Big Month. Sometimes I cease to remind myself of all the sacrifices that Kevin Jones has made for me. When June rolls around I get three days right in a row that say, be thankful for this man, be thankful for this man, be thankful this man. That is huge. Who does that? It's scary, it's crazy, I still can't believe he did it. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Ashland, Virginia, United States. View my complete profile. Enjoying The Small Things. Beth K.'s Blog. Making Art Again: Maybe I'll Think Of A Title By the Time I'm Done Writing
http://makingartagain.blogspot.com/2015/07/maybe-ill-think-of-title-by-time-im.html
Tuesday, July 21, 2015. Maybe I'll Think Of A Title By the Time I'm Done Writing. Libby took these photos of herself today. I love them. I didn't even teach her about selfies and some how she manged to get these keepers. Picking up where I left off seems daunting but I feel like if I don't write this blog, I don't pick up our big camera and I think that it's important that we have these pictures. I think that it is important that I take full advantage of these quickly passing days. I'm living life out of...

Making Art Again: October 2014
http://makingartagain.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Tuesday, October 14, 2014. School has been in session for well over a month now, and my September babies are a month past their birthdays, so I need to add all of this before the memories slip through my brain. First day of kindergarten. Ever cool and confident because that's just the way she is . This girl amazes me. Sometimes she catches me off guard and I am reminded just how very grown up she is. I hope that she does, if the Lord wills it. Maybe even more. Here we are with a snake around our necks.

Making Art Again: The Birthday That Doesn't End
http://makingartagain.blogspot.com/2015/04/the-birthday-that-doesnt-end.html
Wednesday, April 8, 2015. The Birthday That Doesn't End. Babs and Grandad couldn't come down for Magzie's birthday so a couple of weeks later they met us at The Great Wolf Lodge. We had such a blast and the kids are convinced that we went to Disney World. Libby still wears the wolf ears. The weekend that we were there they were an extension of her head! Please forgive the sassy posing, I really don't know where she gets that from. This is their "this place is awesome and can we move here face.".

Making Art Again: A Birthday Party
http://makingartagain.blogspot.com/2015/04/a-birthday-party.html
Wednesday, April 8, 2015. I couldn't not throw her a party. If you go to the Making Art Again archives circa 2012 you'll see another four year old birthday party that was ridiculously over the top. I couldn't do that where we live now, but I could hang some snowflakes from the room and call it an Elsa party! We had cupcakes and hot chocolate with friends and we all sang "Let it Go" at her request. She thought it was perfect. Dancing and singing with friends! Little people are so fun. Beth K.'s Blog.
