My Sseko Design sandals were styled with Matilda's braided slip on flip flop. They were great for loafing around the house tonight! There is a picture on the Sseko Designs Facebook Page- if you haven't already checked them out you should! For dinner we had QUICK French Dip Sandwiches and salad. 1 package roast beef lunch meat.

Zucchini Squash Casserole "Fake Chilie Rellenos". 2 pounds of diced summer squash (zucchini). 1 pound diced jack cheese. 1 small can diced Ortega chilies. 2 teaspoons baking powder. 1/4 cup soda cracker crumbs. Cook squash until barely tender. Drain/cool. Mix everything except crumbs and butter. Butter casserole dish, sprinkle bottom with crumbs. Pour in mixture, top with crumbs, dot with butter. OK maybe you have to be as old as me to remember Shake and Bake commercials - but have you ever picked up a package and read the ingredients? Or done the math to see what you are paying for bread crumbs and a plastic bag? Here you go.this is super yummy. Kids WILL eat this stuff! It stores well in the freezer. Prep - 5 minutes. Servings - 8 /-. 4 cups dry bread crumbs. 1 tablespoon celery salt. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper.

Mystery Pudding - Updated for 2011. 1 1/2 Cup Flour. 1 1/2 teaspoon soda. 2 Slightly beaten eggs. 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. 1 14-16oz can fruit cocktail (in syrup). 1 medium apple, peeled and chopped.
