I've decided to keep a journal about me for Jack. I figure it'll help his future therapist pinpoint exactly where I screwed up! Tuesday, November 2, 2010. Jack brought home a folder from school with a short book in it which he was supposed to read with me. In the folder, the teacher enclosed directions for this "homework reading time" which included helping Jack sound out words, making sure he didn't miss any words, correcting pronunciation, etc. I am so proud of him!
