They’ll sit with you and wait until you’re ready to talk, and they’ll be patient with your processing. They’ll be eager to see you joyful again, but all the while they let you take your time. As much as people in my life do this for me, I hope to do it for others too.

FYI - if you're on your phone in bible study or in the middle of service, people around you and behind you can see when you are NOT ON THE BIBLE APP. Even if you think you're being sneaky or averting it where people can't see it, they can. Can you not focus for one hour without your phone? Whoever started the "that's my spirit animal" - I hate you. It doesn't make any sense. And some people have a whole zoo that they are "spirit animals" with.

Capturing life through writing. Wednesday, September 7, 2016. I would summarize the past few months as mostly bad. And it continues to amaze me at how bad it continues to be. Did I walk under a ladder at some point, dooming me to bad luck? And it's hurt all day today! Physically I've not been fantastic. Thursday, March 18, 2010. Vienna and I went to Florida this past weekend to visit her parents. I haven't seen them since the filming of The Bachelor in November. Her family is great! We really had a good time dodging paparazzi. Its a little strange being thrust into the spotlight all of the sudden. Two questions: 1. How did he get out there? 2 Did he make it back to shore in the gator infested waters? Oh Its crazy. US Weekly interviewed my dry cleaners. LOL! Now all of America knows I like light starch.
