A hop skip and a jump across a big big pond. An american girl making her way on a little island called great britain. Cliffs, caves and hurling. What an action packed day we've had. Up early and a quick breakfast of scrambled eggs before we rushed out the door for our last day of sightseeing. Jenny drove Tom and I out to the coast for a whirlwind tour of some very impressive sights. The first place we stopped was the Portal Tomb, a tomb from the Neolithic Era. Then it was into the dark of the Aillwee Cave.

I've been very busy in the kitchen lately making many delicious dishes. Here are a few I recommend, and that I remembered to take pictures of:. Wood pigeon with sweet potato rosti, buttered cabbage and red wine sauce. Courgette (zucchinni) and goat's cheese tart. Beet and caramelised onion tart. I've been a Marketing Executive for over four months now, and I Love it!

So, I bought the UK verison of Icy Hot [Deep Heat] because Biofreeze was almost $20 and thanks to my parents, a mattress foam topper should be arriving next Tuesday. I honestly can not wait. To Live, To Laugh, To Love. Tuesday, February 24, 2009. THE KILLERS CONCERT and Austria. Last night I got to see one of my favorite bands for the first time live in concert: The Killers! I basically got royally hooked up and it was by far one of the BEST concerts I have ever been to, by far. Casey's boss just so happens to be cousins with the lead singer of this amazingly talented band, Brandon Flowers, and hooked me up with 3 tickets to their sold out show last night at the 02 Arena! Connie and I :).
