The Topham Family: June 2009
http://ryanandmicah.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Thursday, June 25, 2009. My kids and I decided to come to Utah for 6 weeks this summer. We didn't want to put up with the 95 degree - 100% humidity in Bama this year! We traded it for rainy, cooler weather and have loved it! We have been having a blast so far with family and friends. Here are a few of the things we have been doing. We went to the Living Planet Aquarium in SLC with Grammy Topham and our cousin Adam. Kobe and Adam played with the sting rays until their shirts were all wet! Sunday morning, ...

Smiles, Laughter, Tears. A day in our crazy lives! Tuesday, June 16, 2015. I wish I had better service to blog, and when I get sat down somewhere with some time and the ability to load all my photos I will bore you with them all. Long, long, long story short: we made it to Florida via car with few issues. I mean, after all, would it really be our life if there weren't some. Now it's my turn to get wet! Smiles, Laughter, Tears: March 2014
http://smileslaughtertears.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Smiles, Laughter, Tears. A day in our crazy lives! Wednesday, March 5, 2014. As we approached the 6 month anniversary of Ethan's Melody Valve placement, I've been kind of expecting bad news. Now, I try not to be pessimistic, because it simply is what it is. Good thing I didn't have to. So well, in fact, that we no longer have cardiology appointments every three months-we get to start seeing them every 6 months! Dr Kaine was pretty darn impressed. And so are we. The Topham Family: January 2009
http://ryanandmicah.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Friday, January 9, 2009. The other week we went to the best zoo ever! It was more like a farm. Mike, the owner, has all of these animals on his property and has built cages for them that go on forever. Mike walks you around the zoo and gives you an up close tour of his zoo. I have never been so close to some of these animals before. It was amazing, as you will see. Here is Oakley making friends with a black bear! Mike had just built the coolest cage for this brown bear. Gage shaking hands with a bob cat.

Smiles, Laughter, Tears: September 2014
http://smileslaughtertears.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
Smiles, Laughter, Tears. A day in our crazy lives! Wednesday, September 3, 2014. Wow, the difference a year makes. That and a working heart! One year ago, almost exactly to the minute, I was just getting comfy in an almost empty waiting room inside Boston Children's Hospital. What an appropriate term. I was waiting for news Ethan had been successfully intubated and was doing well in his cardiac MRI. I was waiting for news he was now getting his echo. I was waiting for answers. And I was a nervous wreck.

Smiles, Laughter, Tears. A day in our crazy lives! Friday, March 27, 2015. This little bald boy of ours. It's been a whirlwind of weeks around the Rawley household. Days run into nights into weekends into weeks and then this happened:. A note came home from school that Ethan was standing with very little assistance from his OT. Gotta see it to believe it, and this picture came home the next day. I cried. And cried. And cried. 10 years 11months we waited for this day. 4 days before his 11th Birthday.

The Wonderful, the Wild, and sometimes even the Wacky times with the Winquists. People will forget what you say, people will forget what you do, but people will never forget how you made them feel! Tuesday, January 20, 2009. Drew's 1st High School Dance. E=mc2", and silly stuff like that! She reported a few paper-cuts! It was so fun to do that with him! He was extremely excited! The big group he went with went to breakfast that morning, then ice skating, then all stopped here for hot chocolate. Then ...

The Paynes: TURKEY LEG 5k!!!
http://billandkathy.blogspot.com/2009/11/turkey-leg-5k.html
Thursday, November 26, 2009. We started our Thanksgiving day with a run. The proceeds from it went to the Family Connection in Kaysville. It sure was a fun way to start the Holiday season. We enjoyed doing this together as a family (minus Kelli do to a bad rash from medicine). Maybe this will be a new tradition and next year it might be a 10k? That was fun, next time give us at least a weeks notice! November 30, 2009 at 1:53 PM. December 2, 2009 at 1:43 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
