By the time the grands get to be about three years old, most of them are old enough to chew gum without swallowing it. Wednesday, August 24, 2011. Here we are again spending special time in our mountain retreat. The quickie on our trip so far:. Steve made Chopper a super-sweet set up for their trip across country. How many dogs get the full back area of an SUV with a mattress, blanket and dog bed? I think Chopper was mighty comfortable! My boys made it safely to Ophir. Just one major "bump" along the way. A hail storm in Kansas with golf ball and tennis ball sized hail attacked my guys. I'm just so happy they are o.k.
