Måste bara säga en positiv sak och det är att jag knäcker med en sak iaf. Har LCHF:at (och fuskat lite) och tränat regelbundet dagligen i små mängder då jag måste tänka på mina ömmande vader och knän. Resultat:på 6 veckor -14 kg-knäckande :-).
