When one does come into my inbox, I know to brace myself. When I got the email, I asked Elegant how her day went. She immediately looked suspicious and asked, "Did my teacher email you? 50 Pounds in 365 Days…Can it be done? Weigh-In and Photo Update. March Weigh-In →. February 22, 2008. Just for the heck of it, I weighed myself this morning. I hadn’t touched the scale in awhile. It was giving me bad news everytime and I needed a break. When I got on it, it said 219.6. You mean I broke the plateau that has been eating me since last month? You mean I’m not 224 still? That means 11.4 pounds total since Dec. 6th. That’s 11 weeks ago. A pound per week, give or take. I’ll take it!

And I've crochet amazing woolly slippers from raw fleece. But I wanted to learn to make felted slippers from wool, just by felting, without any needle art in between the fleece and the wearing.
