The Gleasonites: December 2011
http://thegleasonites.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 8, 2011. The whole family packed up and went to Memphis last weekend to cheer on Bill as he ran his first marathon. And for a great cause too - he raised money to support St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Jon and I have only completed half marathons, never a whole, so we give him props for sure! This is the pre-race pajama party with Anna and Ben practicing their cheering. We caught up with Bill around mile 15 to cheer him on. Anna and Ben had fun playing in the dirt and leaves.

Friday, October 28, 2011. First Birthday Party - Part III. We were too busy enjoying the day to take many pictures, but here's a good one of the handsome Gleason men.kind of dressed alike. We were honored by a special performance of "Ben and Anna" by Joe. It's a great song that he wrote for them:. You just started life today. And I was a hundred miles away. Watching early fog roll out. You are what I thought about". Anna and Ben with Grammie and Aunt Caroline - very tired by this point. Anna had no troub...

http://thegleasonites.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
Wednesday, August 8, 2012. Here are a few updated pictures. Little Andrew is really coming into his own these last several days. He is a very smiley baby! Check out what our new little man is looking like these days - he changes every 48hrs. Grammie helped the kiddos celebrate the Olympics in style with these cool Team USA outfits. It is very dangerous to say, "Ben and Anna, can you give Drew a kiss? This puts Drew in a precarious situation! Posted by The Gleasonites. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

The Gleasonites: December 2010
http://thegleasonites.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Saturday, December 4, 2010. Well, we had good intentions of blogging often but then life with twin newborns took over I guess. So here we go catching up. We welcomed Anna and Ben with great joy on October 17, 2010. Anna was born 2 minutes before Ben, and both were very healthy weights - 6lb 7oz Anna and 6lb 2oz Ben. All of their grandparents came to meet them on their birthday. And I had help from grandmoms and Jon while we recovered and got to know our little ones. Posted by The Gleasonites.

The Gleasonites: July 2012
http://thegleasonites.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Monday, July 30, 2012. Houston, we have landed! We've been busy since our last post. It would be ridiculous to go into much detail, because so much has happened, so here's a quick rundown and some pictures. It has been quite a ride! However, we must confess that the Lord has been good to us and we've had some really great times despite the chaos. We have dwelt often on Lamentations 3. The steadfast love of the Lord. Never ceases; 1. His mercies never come to an end;. They are new m. Grandmommy and Papa f...

The Gleasonites: January 2012
http://thegleasonites.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 29, 2012. The Gleason house has changed considerably in recent weeks as Anna and Ben have decided that walking is much better than crawling. The pictures below clearly demonstrate the joy that they share in their new freedom. They are also rapidly expanding their vocabulary. Here are some examples:. Mom: "What does a horse say? Mom: "What does a cow/sheep/dog say? Anna: eat, socks, shoes, eyes, ben (pronounced Beeooww), daddy, mommy, Uh-Oh! Ben: No, Uh-Oh! Anna is very silly. At one point...

Monday, October 4, 2010. After years of taking and not giving back aka reading other blogs and not having one of our own, here goes the first post! First progress - emptying out, deciding on layout, and Maggie knowing something is going on but still not quite sure what. And yes, she is huge. The quilts represent two cribs! And the nursery reveal. Life in the Su...
