An experiment in blogging. Laquo; Blogging Ch. 3. Blogs as narratives and a medium of self-representation. So, my group in class decided that we were going to pursue the thought of blogs as narrative and mediums of self-representation. Rettberg’s book mentions a few different types of creative blogs. Goal oriented narrative, ongoing narrative, self-exploration, and fiction/hoaxes. I found the last two the most interesting so I’m going to focus on those. According to Merriam-Webster Online, hoax. An experiment in blogging. Laquo; Blogging Ch. 2. Blogs as narratives and a medium of self-representation. Blogging Ch. 3. So, in chapter three of Rettberg’s book. It is all about how connected we all are. Thanks to the internet we are all like parts of a giant spiderweb connected to form one whole. This is an awesome thing, but it can also be a bad thing. People will actually read what you write, and if you are not careful it can cause a lot of problems. This video. Feed You can leave a response.

Monday, 4 May 2015. Since studying on the BAPP, I have watched two separate videos by Ken Robinson, where he voices his challenging and controversial views on our education system and performing arts. These have altered my thinking. As a drama teacher, I have found that these videos particularly relevant to my practices. Due to this, I have downloaded two of his books to help broaden my thinking and knowledge on education, performing arts and my own practices: Finding Your Element:. Robinson, K. (201...

April 10, 2015 at 12:30pm. Nov 3, 1972: On Staten Island, a 55-foot-tall pile of garbage that measured 300 feet long by 240 feet wide amounted to a single day’s accumulation of New York City trash. City officials climbed the pile — between slips and disgusting slides — in order to bring attention to New York’s dire problems in waste management. Ldquo; You buy it,” Mr. Kretchmer replied.
