I’ve been absent). Date: June 14, 2016. So yesterday marked the 23rd day and you may have noticed that I have been missing… This is because I fell off the wagon… Hard. It’s been a hard lesson to swallow, I was doing so well and then had an epic cheat weekend. Trying to get back on track but I think I ruined the hard work that I’ve been trying to put in. Western omelet and maple sausage. Capri blend with mesquite chicken. Green zucchini and green beans with a bit too much of the vegetable garlic sauce.

Changing diet programs…. Date: May 21, 2016. After careful contemplation, I decided to actually start my journey using the Personal Trainer Food Program. I have realized more than ever that convenience is a big reason why I find myself ordering takeout even when I meal prep. PTF- Week 2 Results. Date: June 6, 2016. So, another week completed and the results are in… drumroll please. I LOST 4.1 pounds this week and 2.25 inches. I will admit that I was a little upset because I was hoping to be out of the 190s but I ended up being just over: 190.6. I also thought I would have lost a little more than 2.25 inches… then I reminded myself of these things:. Of what I set as my goal for the week. Losing any inches is a feat. PTF- Day 17 (I suffered an injury). Date: June 9, 2016. So… I haven’t been up to date in posting because I am a klutz and may have tripped, not so gracefully fallen, and cracked a couple of ribs for the second time in 8 months. SMH. Anyway, this was the start of week 3 on PTF. Coffee with sugar free coffee mate, cheddar omelet and maple sausage. Meatballs with onions (still so very delicious) with Sicilian blend vegetables. Seasons mix vegetables with butter roasted chicken breast. PTF- Week 2 Results.
