Mar 21, 2009. 原來都是「抽象畫」──【內觀】心得（四）. 9678;◎◎◎◎◎◎◎◎◎◎◎◎. 米羅的抽象畫：《微笑》. 12288; 他想像的微笑，和我們的想像，完全不一樣吧？ 由於才感染感冒，鼻子熱熱脹脹，或有阻塞，讓呼吸不太順暢。我發現，不管觀察身上哪個部位，鼻子粗重的感受總會同時出現。也就是，由於鼻子的「特異狀況」，讓它在整個覺知過程中被「放大」，而其他感覺或多或少被抑制或忽略。 不過，這回有個聯想：我們在生活中重視的人、事、物，不也不成比例地被放大？（「重視」，不代表喜愛。悲觀的人特別重視負面的情況）. 如果每個人「眼中的世界」是一幅畫，那麼，應該沒有兩幅畫是一模一樣的。例如鼻塞的我靜坐，鼻子一定特別大，幾乎佔滿整個畫布，而其他部位依感覺的輕重依次分布，有的縮小，有的乾脆消失不見。 這樣的畫，不就是「抽象畫」？ 但這個世界，就像「真相」一樣，只有一個。以畫作比喻，應該是抽象畫的相反──「寫實畫」。 原來，我們個個都是抽象畫高手，在自己的腦海裡，將這個世界給扭曲了。 標籤： 【內觀】. Feb 9, 2009. 師父走了。二月三日的那個下午，他平靜安詳地走了。 留下的，是不同凡俗的「六不一勿」，「不發訃聞、不傳供、不築墓、不建塔、不立碑、不豎像、勿撿堅固子」，以及圓寂遺言「寂滅為樂」。不揮衣袖，不惹塵埃，走得多麼瀟灑自在！ 不禁教我想起廣欽老和尚的臨別語：「無來也無去，都無什麼代誌。」大修行人對生死，參悟如此了透。 聖嚴法師，是我的皈依師父。但我和慈祥的他，僅有一面之緣──2000年，皈依大會。當時大廳坐滿人潮，他緩步走到每位趺坐的弟子前，一一發給證書。還記得他俯視我時，那一臉燦爛陽光，溫暖了我喜悅的心。他的開示讓我覺得，學佛是多麼自由自在、愉悅快活呀！從那時起，我成了佛門裡的「常冠」。 我不算「四體勤勞」的佛弟子。除了上禪修課，回農禪寺的次數不多。 我也不太用功，因為閱讀學習的興趣太廣泛，讀佛書的比例相當低。 以一般眼光來看，我算不上「虔誠佛弟子」，但我一心學佛的篤定，無庸置疑。表象，是我最不重視的。 12300;一個真正學佛的人，不在於是否每天作早晚課，也不在於唸多少佛號，而是每天懂得反省。」. 12300;我們想要的很多，需要的很少。」. 周左宇老師 ＆ 沈邑穎老師.
