Monday, June 6, 2011. I got to go shooting this last Saturday. SO MUCH FUN! There were 8 of us and that means there were a lot of different guns to choose from. My favorite to shoot were the 22 pistol and the 22 rifle. However, I got to shoot a shot gun for my first time and I actually hit three clay pigeons out of the air! I was so proud. Monday, November 14, 2011. Thirty isn't so bad. Many people would prefer to skip or avoid their thirtieth birthday, but I was excited for it to come. I am excited to be thirty. A new decade to create a lot of new memories! The day started out with a few wonderful surprises from my students. Then my wonderful Scott stopped by and brought me beautiful flowers, lunch and treats to share with all of my students. Then that blessed man stayed and graded papers for a couple of hours. Monday, July 6, 2009. I love this pic, especially the look on the poor boys face. He just wants to play ball, but Lily wants to make friends while waiting on 3rd base. She was easily distracted in the outfield. And this is the little cheer squad in the middle of the field with balls flying around them. I have a lot to do if I'm going to make her my sporty girl.
