It was a short but sweet trip (and sadly my last one there for quite a few years). I am so blessed to have such a fantastic, fun, quirky, LOVING family!

Cicada《邊境消逝》 5. 當叢花毅然綻放 MV. 在發想這些以西海岸為題的曲子時，我在「定位作品的觀點與立場」這階段困了很久。越是多認識了一些，就越難以單一面向的論述出發；明明內心那麼波濤洶湧，卻不知道從何說起。也許是因為所有事情都與我們的生活息息相關，於是也無法理直氣壯地評斷任何人。 . 琢磨一陣子後，終於找到一個比較踏實的立場，也就是運用同理心，以音樂、身體、影像去呈現這片土地的心路歷程；透過「想像自己就是這些事物本身」，找出不同的思考路徑。我抱著有點接近天真的心情想著，如果有越多人願意一起想像那些人事物的感受，也許可以有更寬廣多元的發展空間吧？對於這支MV，我自己的理解是「探視你的處境，將你的感受移轉到我身上，我們一同承擔」。如果在訂下每個決策之前，都能以這樣的想像力出發，我們的生活會不會更接近理想中的樣子呢？ .
