Thursday, October 25, 2012. Ray has been harvesting up a storm! Our white concord grapes are being made into sweet wine. and Sol and Soph were able to take part in the process! Steady weight gain. happy baby! We went on a walk to scout for deer out on a friend's property. It felt SO good to get out in the Autumn weather and explore with our family! Friday, March 23, 2012. A lovely day at the beach. Maybe it's the pregnancy, but I've been craving the coast. Despite the rain and cold, we packed up the family and headed for the beach on Monday. It was LOVELY. A bit cold, but such a sweet retreat. We let the kids run in the sand, made a little fire, and cuddled in blankets. A day for Two. I just realized as I began writing here that I have yet to share on the blog about my pregnancy. Yes, blog readers, we are expecting #3! Thank you for your help, Ros!

Tuesday, August 2, 2011. Berries, Baths and Beautiful Days. Last week Ray and I were able to snag a day away with our dear friend Michelle Garrels and her two little ones, Shepherd and Heron, to pick berries out on Portland's Sauvie Island. To our complete surprise, we pulled up to the farm at the exact same time that Gramma, Aunt Laurie, Aunt Kathy AND cousins Ben and Sam arrived. How fun!
