I went 10.73 miles in 35 minutes. Not too shabby, Scott tells me those things aren’t accurate (things refers to the distance calculator and the calorie counter). I’m not gonna update on the little runs I did because I can’t remember off the top of my head, nor am I near my chart where I keep track. So let’s try for the recent runs. Sunday being Father’s Day, I was booked. Er … I didn’t make time to exercise. Whoopsies? Tuesday – nada. Monday, July 4, 2011. Paleo Eating Week 1. I have been reading a lot about the Paleo diet, or caveman's diet. Everything I have read has had positive things today. Matt and I have been in a food rut, and we just end up eating crap because we don't know what else to do. So I figured worst case, we get some new recipes in our diet. But you never know til you try. So Monday am I weighed myself (I am not doing this to lose weight- just to feel better about myself- if weight loss ensues then sweet :-D ).

Saturday, December 18, 2010. So Sunday I find out I got a spot in the Cherry Blossom 10 miler! I was super excited. Monday Matt comes home and informs me that his grandma's 90th birthday party was that weekend in NYC. I also put off training for much of the week. I have to get out of this lazy slump! Thursday Matt comes home and asks "did you sign up for that other race yet? Thank goodness I hadn't. The party has been moved from that weekend to another one! Except I am behind on my training schedule!

Friday, May 13, 2011. I should probably change the name of this blog. I do love running. I have run a handful (a small handful) of times since my race (sorry coach.). Tonight I started my version of p90x. I did do Jillian Michael's 6 week 6 pack (fyi - no one gets a 6 pack in 6 weeks, i don't care what you say, but I like the workout). Friday, May 27, 2011. My days are all off because of my busy weekend. Day 1 was actually on Friday. I did p90x chest and back and Jillian's 6 pack abs. Holy cow! Sunday, April 10, 2011. Cherry Blossom 10 Miler. This recap is a bit overdue. I trained for this raced since January and followed the plan pretty well until the last 2 weeks.
