Friday, September 4, 2009. First Days of School. My poor sister-in-law had a horrendous first day of school.I felt awful for her. Especially because mine could not have gone smoother! I honestly have no eventful stories to tell regarding my first 8 (that's right, 8 already! Of school. My class is amazing. They are sweet, respectful, and extremely immature (which is a soooo wonderful! These kids are just funny and eager to learn. I love it. I have truly enjoyed coming into work. Let the word of Christ dwe...

The ramblings of a broken girl. The will of God will never take me where the grace of God cannot keep me. My family in Ethiopia. Elyas, Farhan Hassen, Farhan Mukta, Siti, Emmanuel are my family. Excluding little Elyas at the top left, all the kids in the picture and three others who are not in this picture (Mister, Uba and Shalom) is the family that lived in the house that Melanie and I stayed at. The Paetz Parade: June 2009
http://nikipaetz.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Wednesday, June 24, 2009. Well, I can't seem to find my camera cord that plugs into the computer. It is probably in a random box or something somewhere. Needless to say my blog will be very boring without pictures.I will try to post the best I can! Monday, June 15, 2009. Do you have a friend that at one point you spent countless hours with and then drifted apart? Now with this same friend do you get together and feel like you know each other and can pick right back up where you left off? So, I've heard (...

Wednesday, November 26, 2008. Okay, so I have lots of pictures of the Hayden boy! He's so precious. We celebrated my mom's birthday and Thanksgiving yesterday and I could have taken that baby home with me. He is so precious. He is so sleepy! I fed him, burped him, changed him.Meghan and Justin were so great in that they were so easy going and just let me do my thing with him. I love that he is MY nephew! I love him very much, I didn't know I could love someone else's baby so much. It makes me so joyful t...

For His glory: August 2008
http://monicacecile.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, August 30, 2008. Drowning in a sea of emotion. With these waves crashing overhead. Twenty feet under the surface. My heart has been left for dead. Clinging to a raft. A notion of a dream. Instead of letting go. And believing you rule the seas. I’m letting go of all my support. And holding on to love larger than life. Sinking into your depths. I find shelter from the strife. I long to hold on. To those things unseen. Fall captive to your grace. Must I walk on water to believe? Find in your eyes.
