We made a girls trip out of our stay in Malibu and decided that we would go to bed early-ish and eat healthy and work out. So our first point of call was finding a yoga studio. Ted McDonald’s 5 Point Yoga. The Malibu Country Mart. Is a cute market that has shops, restaurants and food markets and looks like a self built surfers village. All the celebrities come here too.

The Sundey Beltex Flock. The Sundey Beltex flock has been built on a selection of ewes imported from Belgium in 1999. I now have a flock of high quality homebred ewes which I show, consistently winning and being placed, at both local shows and the RWAS. Kiernan Head shows my sheep at the latter which helps as I am not good at showing and he is brilliant. See my 2013 show results here. I am a member of the Beltex Sheep Society.
