In October of 2007, I was listening to local radio station KOH 780. AM and was alarmed as I heard a listener who had called in to say that at a local bar a mexican flag was flying over an American flag. She stated that the bar owner had been asked by several people to take it down and he refused, then went on to say that no one had the guts to do anything about it. Although Reno Police Department had been advised of the situation, apparently they were not able to act. To see a video of the speech.
