She did a great job learning and following directions this year. We are very proud of her for having all average and above average marks this year. JKLMN . . . . Sunday, April 28, 2013. Going to the Zoo! Lindsay, Matthew and I were able to go to the Omaha Zoo with Chris and Katrina in April! We had a great time. The kids have missed being able to go to the zoo on a regular basis. We saw most of the exhibits at the zoo, however, I am not a very good picture taker nor am I very good at remembering to take pictures so I have a few to share. This is a Lemur's stomach and limbs he was sitting under the lamp with his hand holding it. Sitting with a monkey.

The ballocity was basically an enclosed area with foam balls and various types of cannon/guns to shoot the balls with. There was also slides and some jungle gym type things. Britton got a little bored of the play area and decided the little motor cycle was pretty cool. The kids played a few of the arcade games and were able to each get a prize with the tickets they won.
