Thursday, October 27, 2011. 材料:(2人用2餐). 1 先煮水烫下鸡肉,(如有需要,可捞起鸡肉备用和切丝)。 2 鸡汤倒入饭锅,和米,萝卜丝,姜丝和鸡肉参在一起,再加入适量的水煮粥。 3 要时不时注意饭锅里会不会干水,若干水要加水煮至米烂。 4 食用时可依个人喜好,加点青葱,胡椒粉和酱清。 材料:(2人份). 1 用锅煮烧适量的水,加入鸡肉,蒜米,洋葱,红萝卜,待煮滚加入适量的盐调味。 2 食用时,用碗拿好需要的米粉分量,再舀入足够的洋葱鸡汤,一碗香香甜甜的米粉汤就好了。 Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Monday, August 16, 2010. 幼糖 (A) 70 克. 幼糖 (B) 80 克. 牛油及幼糖(B)一起打发,加入蛋黄(一次一个)继续打发,加入鲜奶搅拌均匀。 蛋白及幼糖(A)在另一盆内打至硬。将一半的蛋白倒入牛油糊内,搅拌均匀后筛入一半的面粉,继续拌匀。 将剩余的蛋白全部倒入(2)内,拌匀后再筛入剩余的面粉 ,搅拌均匀。 牛油(班兰)蛋糕 - 有淡淡的班兰香味哦. 2 第一个步骤若搅拌过度,蛋糕会比较结实。 3 若不嗜甜者,可减少少许大约5-10克幼糖。 5 若要加班兰叶汁,鲜奶可减少一些哦~. 6 找不到幼糖,只好用糖粉(icing),幸好蛋糕出来一样可以吃. 7 因为我的烤箱有份上火,下火和上下火,所以用了155-160度先用上下火平均烘烤,之后在用上火烤面,再来用下火让蛋糕底部继续受热,最后几分钟再用上下火至完成。 1从朋友那里得知,原来打发好的蛋白在加入糊里后,是不能打圈搅拌的,只能上下搅拌,不然蛋糕会塌哦 . 学自:星厨房 牛油蛋糕 Butter Cake.

Thursday, December 1, 2011. 12304;开心果杏仁蛋糕】(参考分量:18小块). 配料:开心果仁45克,杏仁片(或杏仁粉)45克,鸡蛋2个(100克),黄油35克,糖粉35克,低筋面粉20克,泡打粉1/2小勺(2.5ML). 烘焙:烤箱中层,上下火180度,10分钟左右. 1、将开心果仁、杏仁片(或杏仁粉)、鸡蛋一起放入食品料理机的搅拌杯。 3、黄油软化后,加入糖粉,用打蛋器打发至颜色变浅,体积膨松。 4、分三次加入第二步做好的开心果杏仁泥,并继续用打蛋器搅打均匀。 5、加入完毕并搅打均匀后,呈现如图所示的浓稠糊状。 1、开心果的果肉颜色一般为绿色,因此做出来的蛋糕也呈现出浅绿色。不过根据开心果品种的不同,果肉颜色也不一样,因此做出的蛋糕颜色也会不一样。有一种说法是,品质优良的开心果,应该是黄壳、紫衣、绿仁。 3、蛋糕中间除了抹上果酱,这款蛋糕也可以按照巧克力夹心方块蛋糕一样,做成巧克力口味的方块蛋糕( 做法点这里进入. Monday, April 15, 2013. 2 分离蛋黄蛋白, 蛋黄中依次加入蜂蜜,色拉油,牛奶,用打蛋器依次搅拌均匀。 3 把1)倒入2)的蛋黄汁,用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀成蛋黄糊。 4 白砂糖分三次加入蛋白,用打蛋器打发成干性状态的蛋白霜(拉出直立的小三角)。 5 蛋白霜分三次舀入蛋黄糊,翻拌均匀成光滑的面糊。 6 加热平底锅,锅热后转小火。用汤匙把面糊舀入锅中,等面糊表面冒小气泡时,翻面。 8 全部煎好后摆盘,依照个人口味喜好配上巧克力碎,鸡蛋,香肠等等均可。 食谱源自: http:/ www.meishij.net/zuofa/fashisongbing.html.
