My life, my reflection. Life according to Joan. The one with(out) 16kg! Today, when I weighed myself in the morning, I was delighted to see that I have now officially lost exactly 16kg. I started this weightloss journey back on September 4, 2012 so I’m quite pleased with my results, given that its only really been a bit over 3 months since I started. There are a multitude of activities we can do to stay active – we don’t have to do equipment in the gym, just because it’s there. The one with the photos.
